Front Mount
The GoTech 10 is an economical steering solution for pontoon boats and other
boats with moderate torque that was designed to handle 4-stroke outboard engines
up to 115HP. It allows you to enjoy boating without having to fight steering toque
and fatigue that can occur in some mechanical steering applications. *See engine

• 1 UC81-OBF cylinder
• 1 UP18 helm
• 2 qts of Oil, 15 SAE
• 30' of nylon tubing

Hydraulic Steering Fluid
PROTECH HYDRAULIC STEERING SYSTEM
HYDRAULIC OIL
Specially formulated for peak steering efficiency and
component longevity, aircraft grade Oil 15 from Uflex is
recommended for use with all Uflex steering helms and
cylinders.
Kit w/Hoses
The Protech Front Mount Outboard Hydraulic Kit delivers unmatched performance
and durability. Featuring the UP28FM helm with a stainless steel shaft and heavy
duty seals, this system offers an incredibly efficient 4.25 turns lock to lock. The
UC128 cylinder completes the system with a heavy duty cylinder rod, and a 304
electropolished and passivated stainless steel link assembly. For use with Kit OB or
Kit OB BHBR hoses. Direct drop in replacement for competing hydraulic systems.
Relief valve setting: 1000 PSI. Compatible with Teleflex/Seastar Solutions hoses and
oil. Kit includes: Helm, cylinder, and 2 quarts of oil.

Seachoice Hydraulic Steering
FILL/BLEED HOSE KIT
Two hoses with swaged fittings featuring bend restrictors are suitable for use with
Uflex cylinders and helms. Compatible with Seastar Solutions helms and cylinders.
These are rated to 1500 PSI working pressure, but not recommended for racing
applications. OBDBR hoses have bend restrictors on both ends. OB hoses have bend
restrictors on one end. Specify length when ordering. 2 hoses per kit.
