tension adjustment and standard release clip.

For Fiberglass Poles Only. Made of heavy duty highly
polished stamped stainless steel. Supplied with black
rubber mounting pads. Adjustable tube positions. Fits
standard fiberglass 11/8" ID base, 15' outrigger poles. Base:
30° (Dim: 4" x 29/16"). Fasten with #10 screws.
